David Kessler - Chief Business Officer
David Kessler accepted the role of Chief Business Officer with TurningPoint Systems in February 2008. He has a very diverse background in both technology and business management. David began his business career in hardware, networking and web development. After transitioning to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) world, he has spent the last 12 years working with supply chain management systems. In this environment, he managed project implementations and/or sold solutions for vendors such as M-Group Systems, RFID Systems, Open Systems and SAP.

David's experiences and responsibilities while working with these solutions include data design, system architecture, project management, sales, marketing, financial oversight, and business development. The majority of these projects focused on candy/tobacco, grocery and food service companies. While other more general applications were implemented into wholesale distributors and light manufacturing environments outside the food industry.

From an education and community involvement standpoint, David received a double major from the business school at Baylor University. He also sits on the board of directors for Temple Economic Development Corporation along with participating in other various community and church related activities.

March 2007 - TurningPoint is pleased to announce and welcome the following new additions to our staff. These hires are the result of TurningPoint’s continued growth in the wholesale distribution market, new product development, and the emergence of web based and remote technologies required by our customers.

Kerry Rodgers - Software Development Kerry brings over 17 years in software development experience to TurningPoint Systems. For the last 2 years Kerry has been working on the Internet Team at the Texas Mutual Insurance Company, but prior to that all of her experience has been in the grocery, candy/tobacco distribution industry. She was the Development Manager at RFID Systems (formerly M-Group Systems) where she worked for 9 years. There she was responsible for managing the development resources and for the technical design of any new system components and customizations for clients. Kerry is originally from South Africa. There she worked on the development teams for The Spar Group (the 3rd largest grocery store in the country at the time) and Smith & Nephew, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

Fran Cravey - Software Development Fran has over 20 years of system design and application programming experience specializing in distribution systems in a wide range of industries. Starting with Walker Drugs and Amerisource (wholesale pharmaceutical) where I was responsible for modifications to DistrackRX software package and the conversion of acquired companies to the Amerisource information system. At Aladdin Mills and Mohawk Industries (carpet manufacturing) I worked as the team leader responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a RF based system for product loading, shipping and inventory control. At Eli Witt (C-Store distribution) I was part of a team responsible for the development, maintenance and operations of a multiple AS400 distribution system along with developing file sets needed for the integration of the multiple AS400 systems with their RS6000 systems. Then at BIC Graphic USA (promotional products) I was responsible for the back-end interfaces between our J-Commerce web site and our in-house systems along with the integration of third party software into our processes.
